About the plan and the guarantee. $497 covers the six-month plan. An active credit monitoring subscription is required for the whole six months and is billed separately from this plan at $1 to start and $29.99 a month thereafter; cancelling it stops us being able to do the work. The guarantee is about our fee, not about your credit report. If your score does not increase and no items are removed, you can have your money back, or we continue working at no further cost until something changes — the full terms are set out in your written service agreement. We do not promise that any particular item will be removed or that a score will reach any particular number: credit bureaus and the companies that report to them decide the outcome of every dispute, and accurate information cannot be removed. You have the right to dispute information on your own credit report yourself, for free, and you will be given a written agreement and your cancellation rights before any work begins.
